CURRICULUM
We use the Creative Curriculum for our lesson plans in each classroom. This comprehensive, research-based, developmentally-appropriate approach incorporates play-based learning following children's natural interests and questions to grow in their language, fine and gross motor skills, and socio-emotional development. We believe the best way to help children succeed is to teach them to be creative, confident thinkers and explorers!
BILINGUAL PROGRAMMING
ERCDC has a diverse staff with teachers who speak English and Spanish in each classroom. Our students learn Spanish through everyday interactions and play.
PROCARE CONNECT
We use Procare to connect with you. From what your child eats, to special projects they complete, we always include pictures of your child's experiences and accomplishments. This free app allows parents and caretakers to safely sign your child in and out, and allows you to feel like you're part of your child's day at ERCDC.
PARENT TRAININGS
ERCDC offers Virtual Parent Training sessions (at no additional cost to you) to help our parents focus on positive parenting practices such as good sleeping habits, practicing positive discipline, nurturing social skills, and many more!

PARTNERSHIPS
Every Friday morning, our partners from Power Tots, Inc. guide students in gymnastics and movement classes. Current ERCDC parents can sign up for the Power Tots Program here.
